The Sacred Liturgy rests at the foundation of our parish family because worship is what we are created for. To worship is to entrust ourselves to the God who loves us — to encounter Him in Word and Sacrament, to come closer, and to rediscover who we are in His presence. At St. Francis de Sales, worship is the sacred heartbeat of our parish: steady and life‑giving, drawing us together despite differences, and infusing our lives and relationships with indescribable meaning.
In worship, we come not only to receive grace, but to make an offering of ourselves. We bring everything to Jesus — our joys and wounds, our gratitude and grief, our struggles, longings, fears, and questions — trusting that we can leave it all with Him. Through reverence without compromise, purposeful movement, active participation, prayerful silence, sacred song, and – above all – the celebration of the Eucharist, we are drawn ever deeper into the New Covenant, that holy exchange… together with Him.
