God has entrusted each of us with unique gifts — not merely for personal success, but to serve others and to become channels of His goodness in the world. At St. Francis de Sales parish, mission means activating our gifts in service of God, labouring in the Lord’s vineyard together (never in isolation). We are not carbon copies; every gift matters, and every person has a vital role to play in the life of the Church.

Rather than simply filling roles or maintaining programs, we seek to accompany one another in discovering what gives life and reveals God’s call. We celebrate our differences, encourage collaboration over competition, and build patiently and intentionally for long‑term fruitfulness. As one body in Christ, we journey together — raising one another up, growing in capacity, and allowing the Holy Spirit to work through us for the good of our parish, our city, and the wider world.
