Natural Family Planning
Our parish is sponsoring a presentation on Natural Family Planning. A representative of Womb B.C. will be on hand to speak about the Billings Ovulation Method for married couples to use in the planning and spacing of the birth of children. The Billings Ovulation Method has been helpful in assisting couples who have had difficulty in conceiving a child. This method of planning a family is natural and harmless. It is morally acceptable and helps establish harmony in marriage. This presentation is an overview of the Billings Ovulation Method; those couples wishing to learn more about the application of this method would be able to arrange a personal meeting with a representative of Womb B.C. We are planning this event for Friday, January 16th at 7:30 pm. If by chance this has to be cancelled because of snow conditions, we will reschedule this to occur on Friday, January 23, 2009.

Coffee Break is Back!
On January 21st we will be starting a study on St. Mark’s Gospel. All women are welcome to join us. We meet in the church hall Wednesday mornings at 9:00 am.
Celebrating 75 Years
St Francis de Sales 75th anniversary dinner celebration will be held on January 24th after the 5:00 pm Mass in the school gym. Tickets are only $20 for adults and $5 for children 4 to 10 years – children ages 3 and under are free. All are welcome.
